Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the state-level Personal loan business to drive revenue growth per customer.
  • Manage a team of Sales Managers responsible for personal loan business across multiple channels including branches.
  • Strategically guide the distribution of cross-sell products to achieve volume targets.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance customer acquisition through digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key Digital/online partners to boost portfolio penetration.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and quality and provide actionable insights to Product and Sales teams for improvement.
  • Support the Product team in the Business Loan category to develop differentiated offerings and accelerate growth.
  • Organize and execute multiple open market activities to generate leads and grow the business.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
  • Promote automation and digital enablement to deliver holistic customer solutions.
  • Attract and retain top talent to support the bank's rapid growth objectives.
  • Candidate Profile

Education

  • Graduate (Full-Time) Any discipline

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking, lending, or financial services.
