- Area Sales Manager -Premium Acquisition Team will be responsible for acquiring high net worth customers.
- The incumbent should be a self-driven and motivated individual with a zeal to outperform in ambiguous environment and thrive under pressure.
- He should understand banking products and have flair for sales and relationship management
- Provide the face of the Bank to the highest net worth customers of the Bank.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- To acquire new to Bank Clients in the High net worth segment and reference generation from the specified catchment
- To achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition target
- Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.
- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure ongoing self-development.
- Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.
- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.
Team Handling:
- Handle team of Acquisition Managers
- Train, develop and take leadership for the team
Sales:
- Aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
- Should necessarily be from Sales background with experience in sales and clients acquisition
- Candidate should have worked on Sales assignment and should possess flair for customer engagement and acquiring new client.
Integration Management:
- Manage the customer transition with utmost sensitivity.
- Awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.
- Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
- Any suspicious transaction must immediately be reported to the supervising officer.
