Urgent Hiring ||Area Sales Manager || Delhi

Location-Delhi

Profile-– Area Sales Manager (FMCG | General Trade)

experience- 5+ years

Ctc- upto 8-10 lpa (depends on interview)

working days – 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and key retailers
  • Ensure effective distribution, visibility, and merchandising
  • Plan and execute trade schemes and promotional activities
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Track collections, stock levels, and primary/secondary sales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG general trade sales
  • Strong distributor and channel management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Graduate degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • 5–10 years in FMCG sales, preferably in general trade channels
  • Qualification- MBA
