Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends. The role also includes coordinating with the sales team, providing training and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry (Dental Equipment&aposs)
• Strategic planning and effective sales strategy development skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Leadership skills and ability to manage and support a team
• Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
