Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ludhiana. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned geographical area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends and collaborating with teams to develop effective strategies. The role also involves promoting MarkChem's construction chemical solutions to achieve sustained business growth specially for Tile Adhesiev, Tile Grouts and Waterproofing products

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the construction chemicals or related industry.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, including negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of construction chemicals and their applications, with an understanding of industry trends and market demands.
• Analytical abilities for market research, sales data analysis, and strategy formulation to meet business objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with internal departments, and manage time and priorities efficiently.
• Experience in Tile Adhesive, Tile Grouts is mandatory.
