Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ludhiana. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role will also involve conducting regular sales analysis, mentoring, and leading the sales team to drive overall business growth.

- Strong abilities in Team Management, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution to lead and inspire a team effectively.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills to foster client and team engagement.
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Business Development to identify opportunities and drive growth in the region.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while achieving KPIs and meeting deadlines.
- Prior experience in the sales domain, preferably in a leadership role or similar capacity, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, accompanied by relevant certifications (if available).
