Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive growth in distribution and market share within the assigned area.
  2. Deploy QR and Sound Box products to increase visibility and accountability.
  3. Identify and recruit a sales team to align and drive business in the market.
  4. Plan market size, span, and geographies for team members.

Job Requirements:

  1. Any Graduate, Postgraduate preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales and marketing with a focus on product sales.
  3. Ability to manage area sales and market share growth.
  4. Experience in recruitment and team management in sales roles.
