Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and developing strategies to meet sales targets in the assigned region. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, establishing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing reports on performance metrics. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and customer relationship management
- Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and business development skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Result-driven attitude and ability to meet targets consistently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage
- Familiarity with the regional market in Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas is preferred
