Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Area Sales Manager position, based in Tirunelveli. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business growth. The role requires leading and mentoring sales teams, building and managing relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong ability in Sales Management, including achieving targets and driving business growth
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and identifying business opportunities
- Leadership and team management skills to guide, mentor, and motivate the team
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market analysis and report preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial services, particularly in sectors such as Rural, Housing, or Vehicle Loans, is advantageous
- Proven experience in sales or related roles, with a strong track record of success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred
