Role Overview
The Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Robotics division by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored robotic solutions aligned with customer needs and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with organizational goals for the Robotics division.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets through proactive business development, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable robotic solutions from the company's portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure sustained business growth.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support, proactive engagement, and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the robotics industry.
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, seminars, and customer meetings.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of robotics applications, automation solutions, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline).
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive, robotics, or industrial automation.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
