We are expanding our sales force and seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for solar product lines.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Identify and develop new market segments including residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Dealer & Channel Management:
* Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
* Ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and timely deliveries.
* Conduct training sessions for channel partners on product features and USPs.
Team Leadership:
* Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Executives.
* Set daily/weekly goals and monitor team performance.
Customer Engagement & Support:
* Develop strong relationships with key customers.
* Provide pre- and post-sales support.
* Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
* Gather insights on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
* Prepare reports on area performance, forecasts, and territory trends.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or strong sales background. Experience in solar/energy products preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B/B2C sales.
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of sales processes

* Negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven with willingness for fieldwork and travel
