Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and implementing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Capability to perform Market Analysis, identify sales trends, and develop actionable strategies
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Sales Reporting and CRM tools
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the agriculture machinery industry or similar sector is advantageous
