About the Role

AffordPlan is looking for an experiencedArea Sales Managerto drive business growth, manage hospital networks, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strongB2C sales experience, excellent analytical skills, and proven team management capabilities. You will be responsible for developing area sales strategies, building relationships with hospital partners, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute area sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
  • Achievequarterly and annual business targetsfor the assigned region.
  • Strengthen the AffordPlan brand presence within the definedhospital network zone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withdoctors, hospital partners, and customers.
  • Identify hiring needs, recruit, and train new sales executives.
  • Monitor and forecast dailyMIS reportson product performance across branches.
  • Preparesales reports and PowerPoint presentationsfor internal stakeholders.
  • Managereconciliation processeswith hospital partners.
  • Ensure team productivity, retention, and attrition control.

Requirements

  • 8+ yearsof sales experience, preferably inB2C services.
  • Experience inBFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cardsindustries is preferred.
  • Proventeam management experiencewith the ability to lead and motivate.
  • Stronganalytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to managesales reporting, forecasting, and MIS tracking.
  • Strongrelationship management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in afield sales environmentand travel within the assigned region.
