Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager for an on-site, full-time position located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will drive sales growth and improve revenue across assigned locations, develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensure that sales targets and performance goals are consistently met. Additional responsibilities include team management, market analysis, creating and presenting sales reports, and liaising with internal departments to optimize business operations.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets
• Familiarity with the beauty, personal care, or related industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar managerial sales role
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
