We are building an exciting alcoholic-beverage brand that inspires a change to drink differently and we are looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to help us grow IST Hard Seltzer in Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
1. Responsibility for sales on a day-to-day basis and manage and achieve defined KPI targets
2. Plan and forecast sales, profit and market share targets on an annual, 3 months and monthly basis
3. Build key relationships with trade customers, identify market development opportunities and drive revenue growth
4. Develop and execute effective outlet execution of Trade Marketing and promotional initiatives
5. Monitoring effective use of POP materials prominently displayed at all Retail Shops
6. Monitoring Schemes in Retail trade
This is a hands-on field role requiring strong outlet servicing, execution discipline, and the ability to drive consistent secondary sales. Prior experience in handling KSBCL / liquor distribution is mandatory. Bengaluru-based candidates preferred.
