Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing opportunities within assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience in the weighing, packaging, or industrial equipment sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategy development
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or relevant certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel and manage multiple clients across assigned regions
