(District-based territorial allocation under each headquarters)

Job Summary:

Hardik International Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Orthopedic Implant Division in Karnataka and is

appointing 5 Area Sales Managers (ASM) to manage structured district clusters from designated

headquarters.

This role requires strong sales execution, distributor development, hospital engagement, and

strategic territory expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute district-level sales strategy

Appoint and manage distributors

Conduct regular doctor calls and hospital visits

Drive product positioning in orthopedic segment

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities

Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends

Submit structured sales and performance reports

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Life Sciences / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Experience:

o Freshers with strong marketing orientation can apply

o 35 years experience in Pharma or Medical Devices preferred

Orthopedic implant experience is an added advantage

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel within assigned districts

Proven track record in marketing and sales performance
