- Achieve the monthly / annual targets of sales Distribution, Merchandising, Sales Budget, Receivables and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures.
- Responsible for channel partner management and Stock analysis & market Service.
- Responsible for Top ARC-Management and Sales Growth
- Sales Target allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets into quarterly, monthly, weekly daily
- Sales Force Automation tracking on daily basis and track performances as per company goals of Team
Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
