We're Hiring | Area Sales Manager – Hotel & PG Segment

Enlog is looking for dynamic Area Sales Managers to expand our footprint in the Hotel & PG / Co-living segment.

Trusted by 2000+ hotels, PGs, and commercial spaces, we are transforming how businesses consume and manage energy. 

Role & Responsibilities 

- Conduct 3–4 field meetings daily with prospective clients 

- Drive new customer acquisition in Hotels & PG / Co-living spaces 

- Identify and develop business opportunities in assigned territory 

- Deliver product demos & value propositions around energy savings and automation 

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline 

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding & client success 

What We're Looking For 

- Strong experience in field sales / B2B sales / business development 

- Preferably exposure to hospitality, real estate, or energy solutions 

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills 

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-ground execution 

Location: Noida

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
