Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and motivate the existing sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Set clear sales goals and performance benchmarks for the team
• Develop efficient and innovative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory
• Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base through effective relationship management
• Allocate territories and accounts to sales representatives
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and motivation
• Compile, analyze, and report sales figures and performance data
• Analyze market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand visibility and market share
• Deliver customer presentations and represent the organization at sales meetings and partner conferences
