Area Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarnagar for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage a team to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions. Frequent collaboration with internal teams and field visits to foster partnerships will also be integral to the role.

• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and negotiations
• Experience in handling regional operations and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools is a plus
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making capability
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the transportation or logistics sector is advantageous
• Availability for field visits and local travel as required by the role
