- In charge of the company´s business processes from purchasing and ordering of instruments and parts through processing orders and creating invoices. This includes creating quotations (on the basis of RfQs), order confirmations, invoices, processing orders, ensuring timely shipment of goods, and verbal & written communication with Sales colleagues & customers via CRM
- Adherence to the systems and processes being followed at AP.
- Maintaining an appropriate filing system for all orders issued to producing companies and other vendors and all orders received from Customers.
- The logistics processes are tracked and documented in SAP, which requires the responsible to operate in the sales and distribution module of SAP and the Materials Management module of SAP. Following up with Local Logistic company to confirm whether material has been timely delivered to customer or not.
- Following up with Producing subsidiaries regarding LC shipments / LC checking, early delivery of the shipment as per the requirement.
- Receiving orders from customers, checking the orders, getting necessary changes done in Orders, preparing the OIF (Order information Form) to send EURO Orders to the producing companies in Europe and/or entering orders into SAP according to corporate group standards.
- Coordinating and preparing documents for Export sales ( Customers and directly to producing Subsidiaries)
