Job Description

Lead enterprise SAP, analytics, and digital transformation
Shape strategy, modernize platforms, deliver measurable business value

Job Description

Own and lead the end-to-end SAP landscape including ECC and integrations
Define and execute SAP strategy, roadmap, and transformation programs
Act as enterprise lead for SAP FICO, partnering with CFO and finance leadership
Drive financial transparency, cost optimization, profitability analysis, and automation
Lead enterprise analytics and BI strategy using tools like Power BI and advanced data models
Enable data-driven decision-making through predictive and prescriptive analytics (AI/ML)Identify and implement RPA opportunities across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations
Oversee IT infrastructure including cloud, on-premise systems, networks, and data centersEstablish strong cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks

The Successful Applicant

Business Acumen - Knows how to internalise things smartly and maximise efficiency from internal resources
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing IT operations and implementing technology solutions.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, and data security practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading and mentoring an IT team.
Familiarity with technology trends in the FMCG and Luxury Goods sectors.
