Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing sales strategies in the designated area. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales teams, tracking performance metrics, generating leads, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement sales plans
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and improve performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the payment or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Uttar Pradesh market is highly beneficial
