Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager at Agriplast Protected Cultivation Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing sales activities within an assigned geographical area to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders, providing customized solutions, and offering product demonstrations. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, monitor market trends, and develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Understanding of Protected Cultivation, Smart Farming, or related agricultural solutions
  • Proficiency in Market Research and financial acumen for forecasting and budget management
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous sales experience in the agricultural equipment or technology sector is an advantage
