We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Head to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA sourcing channel. The candidate will be responsible for handling a team of Relationship Managers, driving business growth, managing DSA relationships, and ensuring achievement of business targets in the assigned geography.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Key Responsibilities ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Drive LAP business through DSA acquisition and channel management.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers to drive productivity and target achievement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners for continuous business sourcing.
- Ensure quality sourcing of LAP cases while maintaining portfolio health and compliance standards.
- Identify market opportunities and drive business expansion within the region.
- Monitor funnel management, login-to-disbursement ratio, and TAT for faster conversions.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth case processing and disbursement.
- Conduct market visits, DSA engagement activities, and regular performance reviews with the team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in LAP/Mortgage sales.
- Strong experience in DSA/channel sourcing business.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Good understanding of secured lending products and credit evaluation.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.

8–15 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales with strong exposure in DSA sourcing and team management.

- Early joiners will be preferred.
- Candidate must have a CIBIL score of 650 and above.
- Candidates must have stable tenure and relevant team handling exposure in secured lending/LAP business.
