What you will own:

• Full visibility into team workloads, timelines, and priorities
• Daily follow-ups and accountability across multiple departments
• Smooth coordination with U.S.-based property and operations teams
• Identifying gaps, improving processes, and implementing better systems
• Weekly progress reports directly to leadership
• Ensuring no task stalls, slips, or gets forgotten

This is a role for someone who wants to lead, not just manage.

• Who we are looking for:
• 10+ years of experience in operations, team management, or project coordination
• Experience working with U.S. teams (US-returned candidates preferred)
• Strong communication and assertive follow-up skills
