Job Description

  • Own and deliver revenue targets across geographies, driving consistent business growth.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and market penetration strategies.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline independently.
  • Develop deep customer insights to align solutions with business needs and priorities.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Design and implement structured sales processes, including CRM systems and pipeline tracking.
  • Build data-driven frameworks to monitor performance and improve conversion efficiency.
  • Generate actionable market intelligence covering competitors, pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Translate strategy into execution plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales and business development team.
  • Establish clear KPIs, accountability frameworks, and operating rhythms for the team.
  • Personally drive closure of key strategic deals where required.
  • 12-20 years of experience in B2B sales and business development with a strong revenue track record.
  • Proven experience selling into large enterprises across FMCG, pharma, dairy, or F&B sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in building and scaling sales functions from the ground up.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced qualifications preferred.
