Designation :-B2B Sales Executive - Solar Industry

Experience :- minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a field sales executivefrom solar industry.

Job Description:-

  • Tendering Business Development
  • Identify and track tenders in solar, electrical, transmission, and BESS projects.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and pre-qualification requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams to finalize BOQ, cost sheets, and compliance annexures.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation.
  • Joint Ventures Consortiums
  • Identify potential partners for joint ventures or consortiums to meet tender eligibility.
  • Negotiate and formalize JV agreements in alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with partner companies for documentation, compliance, and bid submission.
  • Market Research Strategy
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies.
  • Develop strategies to position the company competitively in EPC and renewable energy markets.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of DISCOM, MSETCL, and other tendering authorities.
  • Client Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
  • Support directors in client-facing communication and banker-ready proposals.
  • Marketing Branding
  • Prepare company profiles, project showcases, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital presence (website, LinkedIn, industry portals) to highlight flagship projects.
  • Organize participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Documentation Compliance
  • Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory, GST, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain records of bids, outcomes, and pipeline visibility for management review.
