Job Description:-
- Tendering Business Development
- Identify and track tenders in solar, electrical, transmission, and BESS projects.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and pre-qualification requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams to finalize BOQ, cost sheets, and compliance annexures.
- Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation.
- Joint Ventures Consortiums
- Identify potential partners for joint ventures or consortiums to meet tender eligibility.
- Negotiate and formalize JV agreements in alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with partner companies for documentation, compliance, and bid submission.
- Market Research Strategy
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies.
- Develop strategies to position the company competitively in EPC and renewable energy markets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of DISCOM, MSETCL, and other tendering authorities.
- Client Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
- Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
- Support directors in client-facing communication and banker-ready proposals.
- Marketing Branding
- Prepare company profiles, project showcases, and promotional materials.
- Manage digital presence (website, LinkedIn, industry portals) to highlight flagship projects.
- Organize participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Documentation Compliance
- Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory, GST, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records of bids, outcomes, and pipeline visibility for management review.
