Job Purpose:
- Candidate should be well aware of Powder Coating Technology & Industry
- Should have a sound knowledge of Powder Coating Application and Trouble Shooting capability to resolve the customer complaints
- Preferably should also have a sound background of Pre Treatment Process as well.
Should be aware and able to handle Commercial activities
The position of a Sales Officer/Sr. Officer will primarily be responsible:
- To protect the current market share and grow
- Achieve the annual company objectives
- Support accomplishment of Key actions in enhancing customer satisfaction by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to provide service to the customer
- Build and sustain relationships with key influencers at the customer end
- Adhere to the internal systems and processes of KNP so as to meet budgetary targets
Responsibilities include-
- People & Learning
- Improving understanding of the back-end (sales / Non sales) processes
- Primary focus should be on sales and after sales support
- Conduct market mapping
- Timely up-gradation of technical knowledge & skills
- Financial
- Achievement of volume / value targets
- Providing feedback on competitor pricing and KNP perceptions at customer end for optimizing pricing
- Controlling overdues
- Contributing suggestions to reduce inventory
- Process
- Accurate and up-to-date completion of data / MIS as per the Business requirement / Account Management Process
- High levels of forecasting accuracy by generating early information on paint requirement to support optimizing / reducing rush orders to the minimum possible levels
- Collection of forms
- Tracking implementation of identified VA /VE actions and highlighting deviations internally
- Tracking to improve TAT of resolution of quality issues at the account (category wise)
- Customer
- Attend customer prospects and calls on a regular basis
- Implementing actions for improving customer satisfaction
- Ensuring regular update of actions to concerned influencer segments at the customer and maintain updated information
- Implementing actions that improve relationships with influencer segments
Experience: 3- 7 years in powder coating selling industries.
Qualification : Graduate / Diploma/BE
