Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Location: Gujarat

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage distributors/retailers, and expand market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG, organic, or retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets and business objectives for the assigned area.
  2. Manage and develop distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network.
  4. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  5. Lead and motivate the area sales team to maximize performance.
  6. Ensure timely collections and credit control.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA with 46 years of FMCG/organic/retail sales experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
