Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth in the Lucknow region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling construction chemicals, paints, cement, or related building materials, and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer/distributor networks, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, architects, builders, and project consultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate in Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / B.Sc / B.Com / MBA (Marketing) or related field.
- 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within construction chemicals, paints, cement, or building materials industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts in Lucknow and nearby regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willing to travel extensively within the region.
