The Area Manager role at Shrinithi Insurance Broking is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Area Manager will lead and oversee the operations of their designated area, ensuring sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained. Responsibilities include managing and motivating a team, building and sustaining client relationships, monitoring market trends, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires a focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and effective communication to maintain strong partnerships with clients and insurance providers.
