We are seeking an Area Manager for our on-site office located in Kochi. This is a full-time role where the Area Manager will be responsible for managing and driving business performance in their designated region. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Manager will also monitor market trends, train and support a team of sales executives, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Marketing and Business Development strategies
• Leadership and Team Management abilities
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
• Understanding of the insurance industry and related regulations (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in handling market trend analysis and competitive strategies
• Willingness to work on-site in Kochi
