Area Manager - Operations

Key Deliverables:

• Lead store operations including cataloging, stock audits, and pricing strategy
• Manage merchant relationships and optimize fulfillment across multiple categories
• Supervise the complete order lifecycle with issue resolution and TAT adherence
• Monitor and drive key performance metrics across stores and teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop deep category insights to align store offerings with market demand
• Ensure accurate and timely product cataloging and inventory control
• Lead store executives, set goals, and track performance KPIs
• Maintain pricing parity with competitors through ongoing market monitoring
