Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager based in Chennai. The Area Manager will oversee regional business operations, manage and guide a team of professionals, and cultivate client relationships while driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include achieving financial targets, implementing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and growing market share through effective leadership and market analysis. The position will regularly require collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the company's key objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to motivate and manage professionals within the region
• Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Generation skills to achieve financial targets
• Strong Analytical and Decision-Making abilities for market analysis and implementing effective solutions
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management to retain and expand client bases
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills to collaborate effectively and drive results
• In-depth understanding of financial products and markets; a background in the financial services industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar leadership role within the financial sector
