Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Manager role located in Noida/Ghaziabad,Kanpur,Lucknow in U.P and Pune,Mumbai,Aurangabad & Nasik in Maharashtra, Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations within assigned areas, managing a team to achieve performance targets, and ensuring efficient compliance with company policies. The Area Manager will monitor financial and operational performance, build customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and contribute to business growth while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Regular reporting and coordination with senior management will also be required.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in team leadership, performance management, and organizational oversight
- Operational and sales strategy experience, including meeting set targets and process optimization
- Strong communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to handle operational and strategic challenges effectively
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in energy storage, energy solutions, or related technology sectors is advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel within the assigned region as needed
