Job Purpose
Objective is to create a virtuous cycle of improvement in our product & process to increase ease for our DMS Field team to run their daily activities.
- Ensuring timely delivery of Legal system related project & respective deliverables
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables
- Working experience of Mobile App will be an added advantage
- Responsible for management of operational issues arises in DMS Legal system and to provide support to field team
- Understanding of how collection works and interference of legal system work flow will be an added advantage.
- Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries
- Understand change requirements to raise user stories and BRD with ITCulture Anchor:Have high ambitions - Inspires the team to aim for higher targets and supports in achieving themOwn It - Acknowledges uncertainty and makes changes in own decisions/ actions for better outcomes
Duties And Responsibilities
- To manage daily BAU's and assigned project status and progress.
- Skill set for BRD and User Stories write-up
- To create Test Cases Scenario to perform Biz UAT
- Domain experience in Debt Management services will be an added advantage
- Defined KPI daily monitoring
