Role Description

This is a full-time Area Manager position based on-site in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will oversee regional operations, lead and manage a team of home loan agents, and drive the achievement of sales targets and business goals. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, ensuring a high level of customer service, identifying and resolving operational challenges, and expanding the company's presence in the region. The Area Manager will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive growth.

• Proven leadership and team management skills; ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team
• Strong sales and business development acumen
• Solid understanding of the secured lending and home loan industry, including experience in the real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize performance
• Well-versed in using technology and digital platforms to improve operational efficiency
• Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
