Job Description

Supporting senior management in delivering business strategy for secured business products

Developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures for loan processing in line with industry standards

Implementing process improvements focused on compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness

Reviewing and resolving compliance-related issues and serving as a subject matter expert on daily loan scenarios

Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating regional team members for optimal performance

Monitoring workflow, maintaining quality and production goals, and redeploying resources as required

Collaborating with regional sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and focus

Partnering with sales and internal departments to establish loan performance expectations and ensure timely processing

Staying updated on industry and regulatory changes and implementing necessary process improvements

Ensuring adherence to operational policies while maintaining market-specific competitive practices

Exploring new technologies to improve quality and efficiency, including vendor due diligence and product onboarding

Maintaining zero critical audit observations and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints

Reviewing operational scorecards to identify root causes of exceptions, training needs, and process enhancement opportunities
