Role Description

The Territory/Area Business Manager will oversee the sales and distribution of Lactinova's products within the assigned region of Punjab, India. This is a full-time, on-site role dedicated to managing a sales team, building and nurturing relationships with distributors, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regularly engaging with livestock farmers, addressing their needs, and providing them with tailored nutritional solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing strategies to grow market share and ensuring effective on-ground execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Team Management minimum 05 to 10 years.
• Strong knowledge of Cattle Feed/Nutrition or Livestock Industry.
• Excellent Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and adapt to Competitive Market Dynamics.
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and updating Distribution and Sales pipelines.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Punjab region.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
