Tapping Business Potential for the Region
- Ensure effective execution and quality monitoring of the footfall generation plan.
- Provide timely and strategic inputs for store business planning.
- Conduct structured competition mappingcompile competitor data on sales, offers, and merchandise across markets to identify emerging threats and opportunities.
- Generate leads for the Regional Manager, highlighting potential for new stores and untapped business areas.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Support local marketing execution to drive footfalls in alignment with business and sales goals.
Franchisee Management
- Act as the key relationship manager with franchisees on operational aspects, ensuring alignment with SOPs and business standards.
- Encourage franchisee investments in new projects and store enhancements.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with franchisees to ensure business consistency and growth.
Merchandise Management
- Undertake regular store visits to review merchandise effectiveness.
- Recommend assortment changes and flag merchandise gaps based on store performance and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with central merchandising team for stock optimization at the regional level.
Store Operations
- Monitor store opening timelines to ensure punctual and smooth launches.

- Lead new store openings, including recruitment and end-to-end management of the store opening checklist.

- Drive compliance to CRM procedures and aim for high customer registration rates.
- Analyze customer behavior across stores to understand demographic/psychographic variations.

- Build rapport with top customers (approximately 20 per store) to strengthen loyalty and engagement.
- Work with marketing to adapt strategies that resonate with local consumer needs and preferences.
Team Management & Performance Enablement
- Recruit Store Managers in consultation with the Regional Manager.
- Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and reviews for store managers.
- Motivate and engage retail teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Set weekly sales targets based on market trends, store capability, and business goals.
- Monitor budget compliance and set monthly spend plans.
- Facilitate training with Store Managers and Customer Care Associates:
- Identify specific skill gaps
- Promote best-practice sharing across stores
- Ensure execution of training calendar
