About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architectural Intern to support our workplace design and infrastructure team within a dynamic accounting firm. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate office planning, space optimization, and design coordination in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and space plans using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
- Support office space planning, including workstation layouts and meeting room designs
- Participate in site visits, measurements, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Admin, IT) to understand workspace requirements
- Help coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Maintain design documentation, drawings, and project records
- Contribute to sustainability and workplace efficiency initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentations and design proposals
Qualifications & Skills- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture
- Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and space planning
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to corporate office or commercial space design
- Familiarity with building codes and workplace safety standards
- Basic understanding of project management processes
