Internship Duration: 36 months (extendable based on performance)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Intern Architect to support the architectural design and project teams. The role offers hands-on exposure to live projects including redevelopment, residential, commercial, and high-rise developments under the guidance of senior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparation of architectural drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, and details

* Support concept design development and basic feasibility layouts

* Prepare area statements and basic project documentation

* Assist in presentation drawings and client presentation material

* Coordinate with internal teams including structural, MEP, PMC, and liaisoning teams

* Support preparation of drawings for statutory approvals and NOCs

* Attend site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings

* Maintain proper drawing records and document control

Eligibility Criteria:

* Architecture student (3rd year onwards) or recent graduate

* Basic understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods

* Willingness to learn local development regulations such as DCPR and UDCPR

Software Skills:

* AutoCAD (mandatory)

* SketchUp or Revit (basic knowledge preferred)

* Photoshop or InDesign for presentations

* MS Office

Desired Skills:

* Willingness to learn and take guidance

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Attention to detail

* Ability to work in a team and meet timelines
