We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with 2-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and assisting in the design process. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles and proficiency in relevant drafting software.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and modify building plans.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project specifications and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project needs.
- Review and update drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural terminology and principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in India.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field is preferred.
