Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Assistant located in Coimbatore. The Architectural Assistant will support the architectural team with tasks such as technical drawings, developing architectural plans, preparing presentations, and collaborating with team members to refine designs. The candidate will also contribute to research and assist in ensuring project documentation adheres to quality standards and building regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing, including drafting and blueprint creation
• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Ability to create and deliver compelling Presentations
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration and client interaction
• Knowledge of relevant design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Understanding of building codes and construction practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Attention to detail, teamwork aptitude, and problem-solving abilities
