Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, developing project plans, and ensuring the seamless integration of design elements during implementation. The role also entails managing project timelines and working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management and effective coordination
- Skills in Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a practical approach to executing projects
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and contemporary software tools is a plus
