Senior Architect

Viki Furniture Pvt. Ltd. is a Chennai-based furniture manufacturing company specializing in precision-engineered RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) and modular furniture solutions. Built from the ground up, we have executed hundreds of residential and commercial projects, supported by strong in-house manufacturing infrastructure and process-driven operations.

We are now expanding into directly executing interior projects for end customers integrating design, detailing, and manufacturing under one system-driven model.

We are seeking an Architect to lead and build our Interior Projects vertical. This role involves concept development, space planning, detailed working drawings, BOQ preparation, and close coordination with production and site teams.

The ideal candidate should be design-oriented with a strong understanding of execution and manufacturing feasibility.

• Prepare layout plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings
• Develop BOQs and material specifications
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, production, and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Align designs with modular/RTA furniture manufacturing processes

• B.Arch
• 25 years of experience in interior/residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools
• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and site execution
• Good coordination and project management capability

Experience in modular furniture or manufacturing-integrated design will be an advantage.
