Job Description
- 10+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience, with minimum 3–5 years in ECP support.
- Strong knowledge of statutory payroll requirements and country-specific schemas for South Africa, KSA, Australia, and UK.
- Hands-on experience in resolving:
- Payroll run errors
- Posting and bank file issues
- Replication and master data mismatches
- Expertise in Employee Central to ECP with Certification
- replication via BIB.
- Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and payroll access control.
- Good communication and client-facing experience in a global delivery model.
