HR Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR functional requirements and technical specifications to create actionable solutions.
• Support clients with implementation and adoption of HR Cloud and HXM Technologies from Hire to Retire.
• Evaluate existing HR systems and recommend improvements to clients and other key stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in the implementation of HR technologies, e.g. HCM cloud systems (e.g. Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday), HR ticketing/workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce) or other HR solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
• Prepare design documents and detailed specifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Demonstrable experience in developing proposals and offerings, either for internal or external clients.
• Hands-on experience with HR Cloud systems and capability to support the selection and implementation of HR technologies.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and help solve their HR challenges.
• Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
